Just being at this moment...
Just being at this moment...

The present - it is so short period of time, that we loosing it pretty much all the time. We thinking about this and that in everyday life, that we just missing this moment. And after looking back, we are wondering, why the time is so fast?! Wow, it's been so many years already, since... Okay, it's more less fine in a daily life..., we just can't be always in now..., but, when we are resting, or going on vacation, or just going for a walk in a park... in many cases we still loosing those moments..., because mentally we are somewhere far, far away.

The good example of the loosing a moment - it's a meal in a restaurant, or at home..., okay, lets take any meal)) The funny thing I'm writing about a meal now, while fasting)) It's been almost 40 hours already without any food and gonna make about 60 hours... Anyway, lets stay at this moment, here and now... So a meal, while we eating... we talking with someone, thinking about something, watching TV..., do we really enjoy the food at that time? Think about it..., and the next time just try to be at that moment, feel the taste and enjoy it, be present

And the same with the rest... just rest! Slow down the time...

But, eh, how to slow it down, and how to not think and clear our mind?... Well, it is hard, but, still, it is possible. Yup, it sounds, like a cliche - the practice of meditation really helps here. And I encourage you to start to meditate, you might like it)) But, even without meditation we can just enjoy the short now.

Usually, I just stop to do, what I'm doing, for a couple of seconds, a minute... and... enjoying a moment by simply looking at the window, or listening some music, or just looking at the sky... And it feels like the time has stopped, and I'm here right now..., alive and grateful for it... And this moment, the moment of presents here just calms me down..., and brings some positive and good emotions into my heart..., and there is no past, no future..., only the present...
